專案啟動會上 PM 問 What are the deliverables for phase one?，他要的不是「大家要做什麼」，而是「這一階段結束時，要交出哪些看得到的東西」。deliverables 就是交付成果：報告、設計稿、程式版本、教育訓練教材，都算。

🗣️ 意思與語氣

deliver 是「交付、遞送」，加上 -able 變成「可交付的東西」，在職場上幾乎都用複數 deliverables。它的關鍵是具體、可驗收：做完了能拿給客戶或主管看，對方能判斷收或不收。

容易混在一起的三個字：

  • tasks：要做的工作步驟，例如「訪談 5 位使用者」。
  • deliverables：做完後交出的成果，例如「使用者訪談報告」。
  • milestones：時間上的檢查點，例如「10 月底完成訪談」。

語氣中性偏正式，合約、提案、專案計畫書都常見。台灣職場對應的說法是「交付項目」「產出」「要交的東西」，外商也常直接說「這次的 deliverable 是什麼」。

⚠️ 容易用錯的地方

  1. 把待辦當成交付：「開會討論」「研究看看」不是 deliverable，因為沒有可驗收的成果。會議結論應整理成 action items，各自對應到一個交付物。
  2. 單複數：指一項成果用 a deliverable，指全部用 deliverables，不要寫 a deliverables。
  3. 沒寫驗收標準：只寫 Deliverable: report，對方不知道要幾頁、什麼格式。寫清楚「誰要 sign off on 它」與完成定義，能少掉很多來回。
  4. 只列成果不排時間：每個交付項目配一個日期，排程方法可參考 時間管理；會議中怎麼收斂成清楚的交付項目，見 會議效率。
